Things that are so important to leave for your family before you die...

1. A list of all your bills, how they are paid and when they are due.

2. A list of all accounts that have any kind of money in them.

3. Make sure your beneficiaries are up-to-date on your life insurance policies.

4. If you qualify for life insurance please get it. It makes things so much easier because everything else gets held up and the bills still have to get paid. (if you have questions or aren’t sure if you qualify or just want to get some we can help!)

5. If you have a trust, make sure that the beneficiary of the trust is clearly stated.

6. Put your final wishes in writing for memorials, etc…

7. Have a will. If you do not have one please get one done. You can have it done by an attorney, do it online yourself and get it notarized, etc (Not available in all states). Just please have one!

8. Have everything organized in one place. Your list of bills, bank account and investment numbers, logins, and anything else your family is going to need should be in one place that someone knows where it is. Don’t make them go searching.
